It's not working on 4g, trash app. it no longer works with the data connection except wi fi. Fix it. E o aplicaΘie de cacat, jegurile.

Pointless app. Have to be in the house to access the phone app. Might as well watch out the window and take the cctv down
Works via Wi-Fi, doesn't work via Mobile Internet so can't check up on your home. So basically the same as looking out your window. Needs to be fixed via an update. Interface isn't very user friendly and is a bit dated.
App is great " WHEN IT WORKS!" unfortunately its ALWAYS showing my system as OFFLINE. I've had the app for 8 weeks now and its worked for about 10 minutes in total. When I reboot the dvr, the app works for a couple of minutes then says OFFLINE, PASSWORD ERROR, NETWORK ERROR. and if I reboot again, it works again etc etc etc. Please sort an UPDATE to fix this issue. π·πππ· "UPDATE!" contacted SUPPORT who happily found me an update for the dvr and all works great ALL THE TIME! ππππππ
Good App when it connects to my device..constantly showing device is off line..home network and software on unit showing system is on line and does a diagnostic check...what is wrong with the connection to the App...only worked for 15 mins after I set it up..not what I was expecting.!!!

Won't connect via mobile data, so can't watch away from the house (poitless) When you log out off App you can't log back in, keeps saying password incorrect. Had to reinstall many times. I now just give up.
Keeps tracking my location even when the app is not running draining my battery had to remove
